Video 1: The e-Blues

In this Video we'll kick things off by nailing the E-Blues scale in Position 5. 

Once you've got this nice and smooth, you can extend this using Positions 1-4 using the tab which you can download using the button below. 

Quick Tip: Make sure you can visualise the notes on the fretboard and practice playing the scale missing out a string or note, but keeping your playing fluid.

In tomorrow's session...
Sam will be preparing you for creating your Blues solo by walking you through the structure of the backing track. This is really important to get a feel for how to use your licks and really get into the Blues groove. You'll also be able to download the backing track and he'll even teach you how to play it. See you tomorrow!
